MGC Property Solutions is led by Abel Muruato — a hands-on repair and remodel professional who’s been building, fixing, and improving properties for years. Abel learned construction alongside seasoned contractors in his family and built additional experience working on oilfield housing setup and maintenance, completing repairs and upgrades to keep units safe and ready fast. He was also one of the youngest supervisors in the company, known for reliability and follow-through. Abel brings practical solutions, strong customer service, and pride in a job done right.
Samuel Gallup
Samuel Gallup brings a strong background in construction, welding, and public works to MGC Property Solutions. He has worked in the construction industry as well as in municipal infrastructure with the City of Concordia’s water department, giving him practical experience in problem-solving, equipment operation, and durable repair work. As a certified welder, Sam adds an additional layer of capability to the team, especially for outdoor projects and custom metal work. His steady approach and commitment to doing the job right make him an important part of the MGC team.
